Stacey A. Silver
Stacey joined Daly Mills Family Law in 2020, as a paralegal. Stacey acquired an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology, as well as a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, NC as an adult learner, switching careers after being a small business owner for decades. While in college, Stacey was a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the rights of children, for the 25th judicial district. After graduation, Stacey sat for the paralegal exam and became a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Paralegal. Helping clients through what can often times be one of the most stressful things they go through in life with compassion and understanding is what steered Stacey toward a career as a family law paralegal. When not at work, Stacey enjoys helping her husband, Jeff, and son, Zach, work on their farm.
